1. Scope of Services

- Company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- PRO and government liaison services.
- Visa processing and related documentation.
- Advisory on UAE business regulations.
1.2 We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice unless explicitly stated in writing. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for company registration and related services.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE laws, including business activity restrictions, immigration rules, and licensing requirements.
2.3 Any delay caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you is solely your responsibility.
3. Fees & Payments
3.1 All fees are communicated in writing before service commencement.
3.2 Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoices. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.3 Government fees, third-party charges, and external costs (such as notary, attestation, visa issuance, etc.) are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 All payments are non-refundable once services are initiated, except as required by UAE law.
4. Timelines & Service Delivery
4.1 Timelines for company setup depend on government approvals and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or external agencies.
4.2 While we facilitate the process, issuance of licenses, visas, or approvals is solely at the discretion of UAE authorities.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and documents, except when disclosure is required by UAE law or government authorities.
5.2 You consent to us sharing necessary documents with relevant UAE government bodies for processing your application.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We act as facilitators and advisors. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption arising from delays, rejections, or government policy changes.
6.2 Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to us by you for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate services with written notice.
7.2 In case of termination, you remain liable for any unpaid fees and costs incurred up to the termination date.
8. Compliance with Laws
8.1 You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities under UAE law.
8.2 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if your business activity is deemed unlawful or non-compliant with UAE regulations.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
